Junchi has a comprehensive new product development process, allowing us to meet our customers' specific requirements from raw materials to structure. Over the past few years, we've selected the most suitable foam core for our pickleball rackets from over 50 different options. After more than 20 tests, we ultimately settled on a foam from a renowned company for the structure of our new pickleball rackets. This foam is not only lightweight but also offers moderate elasticity, and rackets made with it are also USAPA-certified.

Junchi is extremely strict in selecting raw materials. After 3 years of testing, we have finally selected 6 suppliers from more than 30 different material suppliers as our long-term suppliers. The raw materials of these suppliers have been verified by the market, are reliable, and can bring out the best performance of pickleball rackets.

Junchi has eight years of experience manufacturing pickleball rackets. Our structural designers have designed 300 rackets for over 100 brands. Our new product development department has five members, each responsible for a different process. Over the past eight years, we've provided clients with over 200 material and design solutions.
